These three lessons sit within a sequence on the GCSE AQA History course: Conflict and tension between East and West.

The lessons cover:
Lesson 1 - The locations and methods of Soviet expansion in Eastern Europe.
Lesson 2 - Responses to Soviet expansion - the Long Telegram, Novikov Telegram, and Iron Curtain speech.
Lesson 3 - Teaching and practicing the 4 mark source exam question in the AQA GCSE exam.
