This lesson was used with a Y8 mixed ability class but could be used with any KS3 group. Students identify emotive language in an extract from the article published on September 12th 2001 in the New York Times. Lesson builds up to students writing a PEE analysis paragraph of the emotive language used. Differentiated work included.
