This is a seven week unit of work based on the Ancient Egyptians. I have taught this unit of work to my Y5 class and they loved the range of activities. It includes literacy based, maths based and practical tasks linked to the contents of a tomb, the mummification process and a Diamond Nine activity about the River Nile. I have attached my medium term planning, all slides for the unit and resources to accompany them. Differentiation is evident in the planning and slides.
