A (likely double) practical lesson introducing building circuits. Designed to be the third lesson taught in P2 of the AQA GCSE physics course, also suitable for higher tier Trilogy science students.

Set up for a double 4 part 50 minute lesson, but adaptable.

This lesson includes an MS Word learning mat with an accompanying MS PowerPoint presentation including answers for all questions.

PLEASE NOTE - AN AQA EXAM QUESTION HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR COPYWRITE REASONS. If you have access to exampro this is easily replaced (I have included a screen grab of the first part of the question to make it easy to find)

Learning Objective
To interpret circuit diagrams and measure current and pd
Success Criteria
I can interpret circuit diagrams
I can construct circuits from circuit diagrams
I can take measurements and spot patterns in series and parallel circuits
