Christmas Careers Advent Calendar

Our fun and interactive Careers Advent Calendar is perfect for use during form time or as a lesson starter activity.

Each of the 24 days features an exciting festive careers activity including…

• challenges to apply core subject knowledge to solve real world Christmas problems from mince pie baking to wiring the Christmas lights!
• skills-based challenges such as designing a Christmas card for pets, thinking of actions that could make Christmas more eco-friendly, or creating a fitness programme to help Santa lose weight!
• puzzles such as codebreakers, crosswords, word searches and much more!

The calendar will save you vital preparation time as it requires no printing and includes all of the solutions on the slides.

The activities are aimed at primarily at Key Stage 3 but (with the exception of the crossword and wordsearch) are fully editable so you can tailor them for your learners.

To use, simply put the PowerPoint in presentation mode so all the links and animations work, and then click on the advent windows to ‘open’ and jump to the challenge hidden behind them.
