5 hours of lessons which all have a focus on controlling / coercive relationships and abuse, created for the new DfE PSHE guidelines and PSHE Association guidance for 2020. These lessons have been put together for a Drop Down Day as they all follow the theme of abusive relationships, but could easily be used as a short PSHE unit instead, or even in Tutor Time.

**Included: **

  1. What are coercive and controlling relationships? How do we know if we, or someone we know, are in one and how do we seek help?
  2. Human trafficking and modern slavery - what are these? How are they so abusive, how do they happen and where can we go for help?
  3. What constitutes abuse in a relationship? The verbal, physical, emotional and financial elements of abuse.
  4. What are is stalking and harassment? An exploration into this both online and offline, the legalities and where to go for help.

All lesson packs are complete with a detailed PowerPoint, accompanying differentiated worksheets, clip links with questions, plenaries, clear LOs and starters. All are well differentiated to three levels throughout to enable clear evidence of progress for all students.
