Find yourself in a book! It’s important for children to feel represented in books, so try focusing your display on including a range of characters. This resource includes:
- ‘Find yourself in a book’ title
- two large children for the 'o’s in book
- wood effect border
- diverse character labels such as deaf, adopted, split household, Polish, and many more
- Book recommendations for each label
When I made this display, I kept the backing an border very neutral. I used the title at the top and bottom and then hung books with diverse characters from string on the wall. I added labels to relevant books and changed these books out frequently.
