An activity I use to consolidate and gauge the understanding of my students (A level Edexcel SNAB Biology) regarding DNA profiles (genetic fingerprints). I use it as a plenary and starter to aid their memory and let me tease out any misunderstandings. This is after I've used my Gel Electrophoresis and DNA Profiles powerpoints with them which you'll find in my listed resources.
