If a pupil has forgotten their ingredients, get them to write down exactly WHY they forgot. This can be invaluable when phoning home, writing reports, or speaking with the Head of Year.
When the pupil who never brings ingredients opts for your subject at GCSE this might provide the amunition you need to disuade them!
