Gee Whiz, I Stopped a Sneeze! Self Portrait

In the wake of the recent Coronavirus scare, it is urgent to educate children on recognizing the importance of proper hygiene techniques to get rid of and prevent the spread of germs. Students will be able to identify and implement the correct hygiene procedures when sneezing, blowing one’s nose and/or coughing by constructing a functional self portrait holding the super tissue that will capture all of the pathogens (germs). They will also be able to define the vocabulary word for the scientific term for germ - pathogen and how they get transferred.
