This is a set of guided reading assessment sheets directly linked to APP. There is a sheet for each level from 1 to 5. There are 3 versions of this document depending on whether you have 6, 7 or 8 children in your guided reading groups.
This sheet then consists of a series of tick boxes for each APP statement to be ticked off during guiding reading sessions when the skill is met.
