This part comprises of the North and South American world music styles: Blues, Reggae and Samba.
This resource is made on Microsoft PowerPoint and is a full scheme of work aimed at Key Stage 3 students studying World Music. When all three parts are put together there is enough content to deliver of a full term (12-15 weeks) and it comes with a work booklet with questions the students need uncover the answers to.
It is interactive and click-able with the aim being that students take their time working through it at their own pace so it is perfect for the current at-home learning and online teaching.
There are audio clips, videos and information to uncover and practical tasks in the form of performances and compositions for students to complete.
Cutting it down into smaller chunks also makes it easier to send to students at home who will need to open up the file as a PowerPoint Slide Show.
