Interview Prediction English Reading Lesson for Y3/4 Class

Lesson used as part of an interview suitable for a Year 3/4 class.

A prediction lesson using an illustration from the book The Lost Thing by Shaun Tan.

• Sentence stems for predictions (different coloured sentence stems - blue for general prediction stems, red for predictions linked to the illustration and green for amending predictions)

I used one image from the story due to the time I had in my interview but this lesson could be tailored to include more illustrations depending on the time that you have.
