This is a take on the Decimat game but for 1, 10 and 100 (not decimals to reinforce the concept of place value. One big = 10 littles: one 10 = 10 ones or one 100 = 10 tens.

Students each have a board to fill which is a total of 1000. There are 1s, 10s and 100s which can be scored.

Two dice are needed: 6 sided number dice and one with 1, 1, 1, 10, 10, 100 on the six faces: see video https://youtu.be/HSVrbNNfBk Students keep a running total and colour in the amount on their board.

Variations:
Give 2 boards so students have to cross the 1000 and complete a total of 2000.
Start at 1000 and do subtraction.

NOTE: Files also contains Decimat game. Kiloboard at the end of file.
