I used this song by Albano y Romina Power called La Felicidad. It is originally sung in Italian but there is a Spanish version and it’s very cheesy but very catchy!

I used this with my year 10 group who had just done the weather and it worked really well.

The last four lines are used to make up their own verse of the song to say what happiness means to them.

For example some of my students wrote:

La felicididad es un día sin deberes, un día libre - la feliciidad

La felicidad es un regalo de mi madre y una cena de pollo - la felicidad
