This is a complete lesson with resources that I used for an observation. The lesson goes through a step by step analysis process using one of Lady Macbeth's soliloquy. The lesson includes individual tasks/group tasks, with a final question for students to approach after the preparation.
This lesson is excellent in preparing pupils how to respond to GCSE English Literature AQA Paper 1 section A (Macbeth) This pack includes the PowerPoint which will break down the assessment objectives/requirements from the examiners as stated in the mark scheme, this will be broken down for pupils with examples of what could be included (do's and don'ts tips provided) There is also a structures framework provided to enable students to structure paragraphs effectively.
I have also provided an exam style question with an extract from the novel.
