Making My Place in the World is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and aims to help students develop speaking and listening skills and geographical knowledge by exploring their local area. The project pages on the GA website contain a rich collection of activities, resources and lesson plans created during the project which can be adapted for use in your own lessons.
