Marvels of Materials | Explanation Writing Pack | Year 5/6

This fully resourced two-week explanation writing unit explores the Marvels of Materials—an engaging science topic that helps pupils understand why different materials are chosen for different uses based on their properties. Pupils will investigate natural and man-made materials, compare their features, and explain how materials can be changed, grouped, and applied in everyday life.
