YEAR 2 MATH Multiplication | Bouquet Arrays | Games & Activities

Bouquet Arrays is a print and play board game in which students ‘plant’ (colour in) a garden based on arrays.

This game can be played using array playing cards, calling cards or dice.

Bouquet Arrays reinforces early multiplicative thinking as well as encouraging students to use problem solving skills.

It can be played individually, in small groups or as a whole class.

This resource addresses the following Australian curriculum outcomes:

  • Recognise and represent multiplication as repeated addition, groups and arrays

  • Representing array problems with available materials and explaining reasoning
