Students decide which terms in the grid are in the sequence given by the nth term at the top. An ex-ofsted inspector (non mathematician) critised my year 8 lesson for being too easy (first lesson on finding nth terms which ranged from the basic to the very tricky fractional, negative & both), he liked this bit though. You can give students copies of some of the slides to circle themselves in pairs if you like.
