Three B2 Upper-Intermediate ESL lesson plans from the TEAM TEFL B2 Coursebook about ‘Mixed Conditionals’, ‘Deductions & Speculations’ and 'Can’t Have / Needn’t Have’.

In the Mixed Conditionals to unit we will learn how to combine different conditionals to express a hypothetical situation in the past or present.

In the Deductions & Speculations unit we will learn how to deduce a a conclusion or possible cause and to speculate an outcome or possibility.

In the Can’t Have / Needn’t Have unit we will learn how to use the following modal verbs;

Can’t have - To express a deduction regarding an action that couldn’t have occurred. To refer to a past event that is unbelievable, unfathomable.

Needn’t have - To refer to an action or event that wasn’t necessary.
