Number slider multiply and divide by powers of 10

Make your own number slider (instructions in photo format in document) which students can use to see how multiplying and dividing by 10 works. I have uploaded a video on division to show how I use it class.

4/8/19 added A3 size for Teacher (use 2 strips stuck together to write digits on - I actually taped half at either end to avoid the tape being right in the middle where the ones are)
