I have put together a booklet trying to cover what is expected for the theme this year. I intend getting my class to experiment with bread making in pairs. We should end up with 16 decent bread rolls, enough for one each. The other groups will deliberately make things go wrong.
The end of the booklet includes past questions and answers.
There are also hyperlinks to youtube showing experiments on yeast, and to other useful websites.

Thank you. Recently my teacher fell ill leaving me and my class to struggle on our own 2 weeks before our exam. Bread was the first thing we did in year 9 so none of us could remember a thing. This has helped SO SO SO much. Thanks.
