This workbook is set out in sections from digital to finances with hints and tips on things you may need to do, can do and absolutely should do to halt overwhelm and make a difference to sustainability, yes, you read that right! This is more about home and personal life than school/college life because we sometimes neglect the life part of work/life balance, I know I did, which is where this came from.
