The slides are interactive, and the yellow words “Elongation”, “Annealing” and “Denaturing” in the cycle map visual are interactive to jump straight to those steps. Click on the black house and cycle icons to also portal back to the start screens or the next step in the cycles. Otherwise, just hit enter/return or forward arrows to proceed. I have also made “manipulatives” slides for students to practice the PCR steps.
