Pentatonic pentagon, scales and and composition activity

This handy pentatonic pyramid is a great reference for finding the notes you need for a 5 note pentatonic scale. G major and C major scales included in sheet music format. The composition activity allows children to choose their note to add to the grid, from a choice of 5 notes. This can then be played on glockenspiels, keyboards, boomwhackers, recorders, ocarinas or other tuned instruments.
