A set of photographs in sequence showing how to make Irish soda bread, along with the recipe. The photographs can be sequenced and used to support the writing of both instructions and recounts of making soda bread. I have used this in the past when teaching The LIttle Red Hen but can be linked to different parts of the curriculum such as science (plants we eat), St Patrick’s Day, geography, harvest etc. The photographs are proved in large format for the board and in small format for the children’s use.
