This unit introduces some beginner poetry with creative writing and PEEL activities. Students look at a range of poetic forms as a medium to learn rheotrical/descriptive devices. The unit has all resources, learning objectives, powerpoints, texts, hand outs and final unit assessments. There are 9 lessons in total and will take roughly one half-term to complete. 19 resources in the bundle all together.
It is ready to go and has been used succesfully with many groups of children.
Ideally for Y7 but depends on ability (could be Y6 or lower-ability Y8).
