Most of it seems very good but in the teachers notes it references sessions 9-11. These sessions are not in the student workbooks!

Yah. Sorry about that. Been on hiatus since going back to do software development. However I aim to revamp stuff this summer, if my sanity survives every teaching my kids to drive.
