I created these sheets with the Year 6 Reading Buddies in my school- so they had a focus of what to write when listening to children read. So it wasn’t always just ‘Well done’ or ‘Good Reading’
It gave them an area of focus.
Then some parents asked if they could have it to use at home when they are listening to children read and said it has been helpful.
The first sheet is a table to record on and second sheet is a grid to help with comments to write to asses the child’s reading
