This worksheet is for BBC Iplayer’s Wild Isles series extra episode Saving Our Wild Isles.

The worksheet contains 26 questions, the answers of which can be found in the documentary. The documentary looks the challenges wildlife is facing in the British Isles and hear from people trying to do something about it. Some of the topics looked at include increasing biodiversity on farms, enabling nature to be accessible for everyone, fishing No Take Zone in Devon and restoring habitats in the Cairngorms.

An answer sheet is included which states the times in the documentary where the answers can be found.

This documentary links to biology and geography curriculums and the worksheet is a great way to keep pupils engaged when watching the documentary in class, as a homework or subject competition.
