This is one I made and personally use for my own classes. It is basically populated with generic data as a strating point and currently follows a generic KS3 syllabus, OCR Gateway Physics and WJEC AS Physics.
Most helpfully, it provides report feedback automatically based upon the data you enter which is generated through a comparison between the current average grade and their baseline grade at the start of the year.
We teach separate Sciences from Y7 upwards so the B/C/P sheets are separate for Y7-Y9 but I have also included a tab for all of these together as general science so you can choose which you prefer. The data pulls between these sheets so yuo can analyse both separate and combined data.
As always, fully editable and you could quite easily add other subjects/change exam boards etc…
Any issues let me know as it can easily develop bugs. I can also help you with changing the spreadsheet if you are concerned about it not working correctly after edits.
