A selection of resources suitable for lower ability / SEN teaching of Photosynthesis.
The photosynthesis equation card sort is very simple, and I used this as a starter which could be left out on tables as a visual reminder when needed.
The Photosynthesis cards can be used in a couple of ways - I started by using the keyword and picture sections to build literacy, and then added in the definitions. Definitions have word blanks to get students thinking.
Spell check - 3 versions of each word, only one is correct, circle the correct one.
Greenhouse worksheet - used to aid discussion on how greenhouse features can aid photosynthesis.
