Good, concrete ideas on how to introduce peer assessment skills to students, and get feedback on student's opinions of the process. What I am still wondering about, though, is how to ensure the students know the content and skills well enough to evaluate each other - if, e.g., they are reading a new source, and one student didn't really understand it, how is s/he to judge how well a peer understood it?
Some good tips and advice on using peer assessment in secondary school.
