This is a Year 7 introduction to Geography Unit. The idea is to introduce students to the study of geography and recap some essential ideas from continents to digital mapping. The level of detail that students go into enables very straightforward differentiation. I have designed it for our school so they get used to using chromebooks, the library and printing facilities as well as introducing key geographical ideas and expectations of the students.
I have taken the resources from a variety of places and put something together that I think will last 2-3 lessons and will be a great way to get to know the new students.
