**This comprehensive Novel Study Module is perfect for guiding students through Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. **
Built using Google Forms and filled with multiple questions pertaining to the chapters of the book, this module is backed up with a Google Slideshow giving a short biography of Harper Lee’s life at the time of 1920-30s, and how things were in the southern states of America at the time: Jim Crow Laws and The Civil Rights Movement. The Slideshow is there to explain what inspired Harper Lee to write her book as a cautionary tale centring on empathy, moral courage, and the destruction of innocence by systemic prejudice. Everything included in this Module is beautifully illustrated for entertainment and engagement.
Students must answer 124 questions made up of both long and short written answers plus multiple-choice selection answers – all complete with answers for the teacher – this is a complete package.
The aim of this module is to help students gain an understanding of the message that Harper Lee offers the readers of her book, making the text more enjoyable to read. In turn, this experience will also teach students to question what they read in the future.
