Presentation designed for use as an enjoyable plenary or starter in a KS3/4 English lesson or a end of unit activity. Students are presented with a word from the English language and are given 4 definitions, 3 incorrect and one correct and students are challenged to use reason, intuition and awareness of language through similar words to decide on the correct definition from those given.
