With the new National Curriculum landing next year, dinosaurs will soon be a staple topic for history lessons so we thought we would help you to get a step ahead of the game. These fantastic resources include curriculum links to geography, science and art but particularly history, with links to chronological understanding, historical enquiry and organisation and communication. There's also a competition, which closes Friday 20th December. You can see all the details including prizes here: http://www.nationalschoolspartnership.com/dinosaurresources/

A selection of slides illustrating children’s views of micro-organisms. Useful way to link art with microscope slide observations for 8 year old who is currently homeschooling. Used also to prompt writing excise on what was the slide representing.

This looks like an exciting resource, which encourages investigative inquiry.<br /> I am looking forward to using it with my year 6 class.
