A small collection of photos from my time living in Grenada, West Indies. The local plantation grew nutmeg and mace and exported it worldwide, as well as making it into nutmeg jam. Please note the photos were taken before the digital age and are on slide film. May be useful as part of a discussion about where our spices come from and how we transport them by sea around the world.
