You have 2 days to produce a LEADERBOARD Banner Advert that promotes either: 'ONE PERSON, ONE VOTE' or the 'ALTERNATIVE VOTING SYSTEM' that will be voted for on MAY 5th. I have included information from the CONSERVATIVE Party, and their wishes to keep 'One person, one vote', (http://www.conservatives.com/Campaigns/No_to_AV.aspx) but the choice is yours! The Banner Ad will need to be animated, (some things will need to move) this could be text, images or a combination of both. It must be the correct size, this is the size to set your page. Please work in 72dpi. Work in Flash or Fireworks!
