These are resources I’ve used during my Year 9 half term topic on Film Music. Included are 5 scenes from popular films (Avatar, James Bond, Cabin in the Woods, Mr Bean and The Notebook) which students then storyboard on the worksheet provided. I’ve also included my PowerPoint on famous film composers and the bronze, silver and gold challenge sheet music.
Bronze = Pirates of the Carribbean by Hans Zimmer
Silver = Harry Potter by John Williams
Gold = The Simpsons theme by Danny Elfman

Good resources. But lack of instruction. Should include a lesson plan on how to execute it.

The resources are great - well worth the pound! But a little instruction sheet would have been a total winner to accompany all the resources.
