Zig Zag Pattern Shapes

Zig Zag Pattern Shapes is a versatile black-and-white resource for EYFS and KS1, designed to support fine motor skills, handwriting readiness, shape recognition, and cutting practice.
The first two pages feature a variety of 2D shapes, each filled with bold zig-zag patterns for children to trace, colour, and decorate with their own patterns. The following ten pages each contain two larger shapes, ideal for tracing within the lines, colouring in, and developing control for early writing.
Shapes can be cut out ( and duplicated) for matching games or creative activities, encouraging children to recognise and name 2D shapes while building hand – eye coordination and pattern awareness.
