My practical and creative resources are designed to help children access mindfulness and improve wellbeing. Setting children up for a successful present and future. Over the past 20+ years I have taught in 5 different countries, within the IB and British National Curriculum. My experience comes from personal growth along with a range of courses: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction); ‘Mindfulness Matter’; ‘PawsB’; certificate in positive psychology.

We can’t avoid having thoughts, but we can choose how we listen to them. This takes practice, and we first have to notice our thoughts. In this video, I help you do this by learning to count them.

Benefits: Students get to become aware of what makes/doesn’t make a friend. Students may realise that they do/don’t treat their friends the way they want to be treated. It can be printed in colour as well as black and white.
