As the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana's untimely death approaches, it's important to remind the current generation about The People's Princess. This mini presentation can be used for assemblies/tutor time for Upper KS2/KS3/KS4 Please note the presentation takes a brief look at conspiracy theories, media coverage and discusses the scrutiny surrounding Princess Diana and Prince Charles' marriage. The presentation is 35 slides long, it includes one short written/speaking/listening task at the end- this may be continued further. We have been trying to improve creative writing in our school and so we asked the children what stops them from writing. Many found that it’s the thought of not spelling something correctly and taking time to phonetically spell the word, for many children this is frustrating.
