This is used after the teaching of the life of the Buddha and the 3 signs lessons for students to recall the story using dual coding. They see the images and write below what happens. GCSE Religious Studies Christian practices 12 mark exam question structure sheet. Really useful, especially for lower ability students as it guides them through a 12 mark answer using a writing frame and ideas which get them started. it is a double sided sheet with the markscheme placed in it and a space for teachers or students to provide feedback on the answer.
Pacifism and peacemakers textbook page activity
This is a blank template which can be given to students with the task of creating a textbook page on the main topics with the area of pacifism and peacemaking. This can be used in conjunction with the AQA Christianity textbook pages on pacifism or independent research. This is focused on Christianity and Hinduism(as the comparative religion) however could be changed easily to whatever religion you teach alongside Christianity.
This could even be given at the beginning of the course and then revisited at the end.
