Hi! I currently work in London as a Deputy Headteacher. I love all things teaching and learning! I am extremely passionate about education and find researching and creating new strategies and ideas exciting. The world of teaching and leading in England is highly stressful and it's up to all of us to look after each other's well-being...I hope my resources save you some precious time.

Halving worksheet that can be easily differentiated by changing the main numbers. Children draw dots into two boxes that total the main number, then count how many dots are in one box.
Simple tally chart format, which can be changed to suit different topics.
I have chopped the tallies so you can copy and paste the different lines to suit your needs.
Each table group received a different tally. They then created a 3D pictogram by transferring the data.
Scaffold for Geo/Num linked work. We went to the park and created a tally chart on phyiscal features. We came back to the classroom and drew the info into this pictogram.
In line with the Year 3 Maths objective, 'tell and write the time from an analogue clock, including using Roman numerals from I to XII.'
Two differentiated activity sheets, where pupils must read the time and put the hands in the correct place on the clock. The sheets are adaptable and so can be changed to suit the needs within your class.
If you have any questions, please just ask. Thank you!
A fun Christmas pack for the end of the Autumn term. The pack included exciting English and Maths activities. Guided your pupils through the activities or give them the booklet to work through independently while you take displays down or finish last minute jobs!
Any questions, just ask!
Pupils are taken through a week-long journey, starting at bridging, developing bridging and then applying and problem solving. The activities are fun, visual and will support children's understanding. L.Os are:
I can add by bridging.
I can subtract by bridging.
I can add and subtracts to find a pattern.
I can work backwards to solve a number problem.
I can prove or disprove a statement about addition and subtraction.
This was made for Y2 but can easily be differentiated by changing numbers/statements. I have included the answers to the questions to make your life a little easier!
If you do have any questions or need any support, please send me a message.
*My resources always take me a lot of time and effort to create so I hope that they help to save you some precious time - please do review my resources. Thank you!*
6 different Christmas-theme problems and puzzles, which can be used to base fun and exciting lessons around. My previous classes have really enjoyed these unique challenges.

A starting point for repeated addition. Diffentiation detailed on top of sheets. If children are not familiar with counting in 2s, 5s or 10s give them cubes/counting bears to help them work the sums out.
Cut and stick activity to sort pictures that do and don't turn about a point. An introduction to the concept. Differentiation stated on top of the sheet.
Find things and draw or write things that are heavier and lighter than an apple. Can use classroom objects or teachers can be alternatives in from home.
Age related for the higher ability in Year, easy to adapt for other groups. Meant to be used mentally but can increase the size of the numbers and allow working out.
