Free wellbeing guides for parents and children

We're making our online health and wellbeing guides available to all schools to share with their communities.
26 Jan 21

During these uncertain and often isolating times, health and wellbeing have become important topics for society as a whole. With many children and young people spending more time at home, it has become harder than ever for schools to identify potential wellbeing issues and provide the support that is desperately needed.

To help you to support your school community, we're making our EduSafe guides – usually only available to subscribers to our safeguarding and duty of care training package, powered by EduCare – available to all schools.

Covering topics such as

  • mental health
  • low mood and depression
  • anxiety
  • loneliness
  • digital resilience

and much more, you'll find separate guides for children and young people and for parents and carers – all available online for you to share via your regular communication channels.

Our online health and wellbeing guides will help you to:

  • Give parents and carers a greater understanding of sensitive topics to help support their children

  • Provide children and young people with advice and guidance they can trust – written by experts with lots of links for further support

  • Support children and young people who are struggling and might not otherwise ask for help
