Our online learning platform, Tes Develop, makes it easy for your staff to access all their courses in one place and for you to manage and evidence training across your school or group.

Everyone has their own learning page where they'll see the mandatory and suggested courses you've assigned to them – as individuals or groups – through our study plans feature, and they can also search the library of courses to find the training that meets their needs.

With the robust reporting suite you can run reports to keep track of courses that are due and those that have been completed – giving you full oversight of learner progress and enabling you to download learner data to incorporate into wider reporting within your school or group.
