There is careful thought about which tutor will match perfectly with which student, allowing efficient yet interesting lessons to take place. The team is a brilliant network of dedicated, hard-working individuals who work together effectively to offer real support to students and children at every stage of the process. Charlotte is lovely, always supporting each and every child, parent and tutor during the period of sessions.

I initially enquired about tutoring with Charlotte Hyde 2 years ago. She was really informative and not pushy at all with regards to signing up with her. I ended up signing up with another agency, and after 2 months it did not work out. I turned to Charlotte who was able to provide me with Gavin, straight away. Gavin was patient, and really pushed my son beyond his limits. We also attended the holiday courses which really helped my son with his confidence and knowledge in both Maths and English. As the exams approached, Charlotte was able to provide me with an additional tutor, Kate who would solely do English with my son, whilst Gavin concentrated on Maths. Charlotte was always a phone call away, giving me sound advice and putting my nerves and fears at ease. My son went from failing the Grammar school mock tests in May 2019, to missing out by 2 marks in September 2019, to getting a substantial scholarship and bursary offer to our school of choice, and a top school in the January 11+ exams. I also recommend Hyde to another family a month before the exams, whose child was struggling, and this child was also offered their top school of choice! I will forever sing the praises of the tutors at Hyde and Charlotte! Charlotte and her tutors really care about the child. You get constant and in-depth feedback. It is never about the money with Charlotte, but getting the child to their end goal.

Arriving in London from abroad just a few months before 13 plus exams felt very daunting. Hyde tutoring quickly set us up with 2 excellent and very personable tutors -Gavin for English and Ricardo for Maths. They worked intensively with my son and put in a lot of extra effort to gauge his level and address any gaps. They both took a lot of care for his wellbeing during a difficult period and gave us considered and helpful feedback. I am pleased to report my son received multiple offers from great schools and am grateful to the team at Hyde tutoring for all their support.
