We are a very successful school academically, our results continue to be excellent and this was reflected in our Ofsted Outstanding judgement.
We are one of two secondary schools in the Yorkshire and Humber Co-operative Learning Trust that currently consists of 8 schools soon to be joined by a ninth.
Kelvin Hall School was awarded Teaching School status in 2017, now called the ‘Northern Co-operative Teaching Alliance’. This partnership offers tremendous opportunities for future leadership development for both newly trained and experienced teachers.

“High expectations, a safe and secure learning environment, skilled teaching and ambitious, well-behaved students have led to high academic standards and outstanding achievement. Teaching has improved, and is now outstanding because the school provides high-quality training and all staff receive very good support.
